I love Pole Saints because the classes have really improved my upper body strength, my stomach muscles are defintely strengthening, it has made me more confident and this is all done in a friendly and fun way!
Our aim is to create a friendly environment where everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy their workout at their own pace. Pole Saints incorporates years of experience and teaching practice to make Pole Fitness attainable, enjoyable, fun and safe.
Jane Salida, the creator of Pole Saints has been teaching fitness since 1995. She has taught a variety of Fitness classes including Aerobics, Step, Spin, Chi Ball, Pilates, Yoga and has worked in a whole host of locations in her career.

After teaching other forms of fitness with real qualifications and years of experience, I then went on to teach pole fitness. I think this makes us great teachers with real knowledge of how your body works.
We will have no more than 2 participants to a pole at any time so you can make the most of your fitness session.
Our background is strongly rooted in fitness. Our instructors are fully qualified and very experienced fitness instructors with either Group Exercise (aerobics) or Gym qualifications, and also have specific Pole Fitness certifications. This gives us the experience to teach safely and effectively.
We are REPs registered and Pole Dance Community approved. This ensures we use safe and approved poles, are all qualified and keep to safe standards of practice.
