I'm a fitness instructor first with real fitness qualifications and years of experience

We are all fitness people first with real fitness qualifications and years of experience that went on to do Pole after teaching other forms of fitness. I think this makes us great teachers with real knowledge of how your body works - we also have empathy for those ladies that find things hard and gives us the knowledge of how to get them stronger and able to reach higher levels. We can teach safe warm ups and safely stretch after the class and we can tell you where your quadratus lumborum is if you would like to know!!! We offer the complete package!
