Payments

All bookings are only confirmed when full payment has been made. This can be online or in person with cheques or cash.

Refunds

Refunds can only be given in extreme circumstances and at least 14 days before the course starts. There will be an administration cost of £20

Transfers

If you have made a booking but then decide to change days we need 14 days’ notice and it may be subject to administration fee Classes are non-transferrable to other days and other people. You are making a booking for a specific class on a specific day.

Missed Classes

If you miss a class and give us notice, we will do our best to fit you into another class of the same level that is running concurrently with your own course, however it is dependent on spaces in other classes and may not always be possible. If you do not give us notice we are under no obligation to find you another class to attend and no refund for missed weeks can be given. We will always try to be flexible with prebooked holiday dates.

Changes In your course

If for any reason we need to change or cancel a class, we will let you know as early as possible and offer an alternative day/class. If that day does not suit you a refund for that class will be issued.

Health and safety

At the start of every course, or taster class, you will be required to fill in a brief medical questionnaire and sign it to say you are fit and well to take part in the class. During the course it is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any changes to your health. We do not recommend that you take part in any Pole Fitness class during pregnancy or up to 12 weeks after. If you are in any doubt about your health you should consult your doctor.

Behaviour in Class

We respectfully ask that you do not take photos during classes unless it has been authorised by the instructor and other people in the class. We will set aside appropriate times for photos. Also we request that you should dress appropriately for a fitness setting –trainers for warm up, shorts, leggings, vest or T shirts, and treat other people in the class with respect.
